Founded in 2000, CMATH pioneered critical-thinking math education in South Korea, introducing mathematics and digital multimedia content that inspires analytical thinking and creativity. As the first venture-certified company in math education, CMATH set the foundation for what has grown into the nation’s premier critical-thinking and gifted education brand.

In 2002, we launched our academy business, and by 2024, CMATH has expanded to over 167 academies across South Korea. At CMATH academies, we provide thoughtfully designed math programs, including "Winimath," "Thinking Math - NC," "Thinking Math - AP," "Route 1," and "GIFTED," catering to preschool through middle school students. Our academies offer hands-on, learner-centered classes, utilizing over 700 types of textbooks and teaching aids. Each academy fosters creative and critical thinking through tailored, personalized education, supported by DAMO, CMATH’s unique online diagnostic and evaluation system.

To support our expanding content, in 2017 we established Points Inc., specializing in systematic storage and distribution of educational materials to deliver efficient, customized logistics services. In 2021, we founded KANDI HERO Inc., a subsidiary dedicated to robotics, software, and history education content.

In 2023, in response to the demands of the digital transformation (DX) era, Omega Point Inc. established Grand Ventures Inc., a corporate venture capital firm officially registered with the Ministry of SMEs and Startups of Korea. Grand Ventures focuses primarily on early-stage investments in ed-tech, content, and impact-driven startups, striving to drive digital transformation through strategic VC investments. Grand Ventures is now positioned to spearhead new business initiatives and cultivate growth engines for Omega Point by building companies and investing in innovative startups.
